Here are some frequently asked questions, perhaps your question and answer are included:
Your order will normally be delivered to your chosen delivery address within 5 working days (after receipt of your payment). As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace link. You can track the shipment via this link. If an order contains items that are not in stock, we will first complete the order before sending it. If you would like to receive the items already in stock, you can contact our customer service.
