Your order will normally be delivered to your chosen delivery address within 5 working days (after receipt of your payment). As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace link. You can track the shipment via this link. If an order contains items that are not in stock, we will first complete the order before sending it. If you would like to receive the items already in stock, you can contact our customer service.

No, we only have a webshop.

If you are not at home at the delivery time, the delivery people will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. You can see where the package has been delivered via a notification in your mailbox. In some cases, the driver will come again the next day for a second attempt. If you are absent, the package will be delivered to the nearest collection location, where you can pick it up at a later time. You can track all this information via the Track&trace link that we will send you once your order has been shipped by us.

Request a returns form via our customer service. This return form contains a return label (prepaid).Stick this on the box, postage sufficiently on the shipment and deliver the package to a PostNL service point. This return service is at the customer's expense.Search here for PostNL service points near you.

Send the item you do not want to keep back to us and place a new order in our webshop for the desired item. We will process the return in accordance with the above procedure and will ship the new order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, any payments cannot be offset against each other.
